No. Orders are shipped customs-cleared and prepaid. You won’t be asked to pay anything at the door or complete customs paperwork on arrival.

Returns & refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened, unsealed, or used cosmetics and personal care items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover return shipping and resolve it quickly.
No. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1 business day (banks may take longer to post).
